Dr Neil Brodie and Prof Simon Mackenzie are representing Trafficking Culture at the 5th International Conference of Experts on the Return of Cultural Property in Nevşehir, Turkey from 18 to 22 October.

Dr Brodie will speak on Tuesday 20 October. His paper is entitled “Auction Houses: What Can Be Learned From Some Recent Repatriation Of Stolen Or Illegally Exported Cultural Objects?” and is part of the session “Alternative Means On The Return Of Cultural Property And Dispute Resolution”.

Prof Mackenzie will speak later in the day on Tuesday 20 October. His paper is entitled “Do We Need A Kimberley Process For The International Illicit Antiquities Trade? Comparative Systematic Crime Prevention Considerations For Transnational Criminal Markets In Illicit Goods” and is part of the session “Improving International Cooperation On Crime Prevention And Criminal Matter”
