Images of items stolen from the Museo Chiribaya in Data Section

Trafficking Culture has been provided with a series of images of archaeological objects stolen from the Museo Arqueologico Pre Inca Chiribaya in Ilo, Peru, in March 2009. These images and descriptions of the stolen objects in both English and Spanish are available in our Data section. We hope that by featuring these items on our website we can help raise awareness about the theft and aid in the recovery of these pieces. Anyone with information about the location of these objects is encouraged to contact Interpol, the National Police of Peru or the Peruvian Ministry of Culture.
